I believe the syntax in dhcpd.conf is as follows:

host [machinename] {
        hardware ethernet [macaddress];
        fixed-address [ipaddress];
}

but ymmv, and no doubt it will be better documented in the man page

you can get the mac address in win 95 using winipcfg. on NT use ipconfig
