from about 12:05PM here, keep getting these in the log:

20:13:06:31 L3 PPP: (vcc1) Port listening for incoming PPP connection
requests
20:13:06:32 L3 PPP: (vcc1) Establishing Link on permanent connection
service
20:13:07:02 L3 PPP: (vcc1) restart timer expired
20:13:07:02 L3 PPP: (vcc1) No config requests or responses received
