Try the following
open TCP 4000 then internal IP address and port 4000
open UDP 4000 ..........
open TCP 6112 to 6119 then internal IP and port 6112
open UDP 6112 to 6119 then internal IP and port 6112
Works for me, this is required for open Bnet only when hosting a game,
closed bnet only requires TCP & UDP 4000 as it is client server.
You may need to do this in a telnet session to get passed any web based port
restriction (the number of)
I have a better link than below at home, which has more networking details
on how to play D2 through Proxy servers as well.
