miscelleanous ADSL outages

Morning all;

I have a DSL connection at an NZ site, in Wellington.

I'm seeing quite a number of outages, on average two < 5 minute periods
per day.

A traceroute shows a routing loop between two private addresses inside
Telecom's infrastructure (specifics omitted from this message, naturally).

These persistant problems are causing me money, and make for a inferior
service in cost, performance, and reliability compared with what I have in
California - my DSL here has an uptime of most of a year.

Telecom support staff have been unhelpful thus far. Would someone from
Telecom kindly take the opportunity to contact me and resolve this problem
before I have to escalate?

Appreciated,
