As someone who is on Jetstream 3000, I want to make sure I'm getting the
best deal I can. I am already thinking about moving away from Xtra because
they want to charge me extra for a static IP address. Maybe the corporate
branding types at Telecom could call this plan Xtra fees.

I understand Paradise gives its customers a static IP address by default.
Are there any other advantages/disadvantages of other Jetstream capable
ISPs? Do they all use the same bandwidth or do I need to be mindful that my
performance may alter depending on which ISP I go with? And are there any
variations in terms of the basic pricing plans?
