What is the best way to move forward from here?

Currently I have an M1122 feeding into my firewall. The M1122 has two
pinhole entries to NAT all TCP and UDP to the firewall. Some things do not
work because of the NATing (Net Meeting voice, IRC server).

I want to swap the external router/modem for an internal one as it does not
NAT (correct?). I would like to put it in a Windows2000 server, however I
hear that the drivers are only in beta and might not work. Anyone know
otherwise?

I read with interest the items in the archives about putting in a *nix
firewall, as one person pointed out an openBSD default configuration has yet
to be broken remotely. Sounds like a good option, but not one I can follow
as I have to use the MS products, in this case the new Internet Security and
Acceleration server. If however, the drivers are not available, it might be
a *nix box.

Thanks for any input, Neal Blackie.
