The ideal answer of course is to find a product with decent application
proxy support, combined with IPSec and maybe GRE capabilities.

One of the internal modems running with Linux or *BSD, would probably be the
best solution.

Then again Clear are rolling out their SSR product and they might allow
straight though rather than NATed traffic. Saturn's solution of course
works and is avaliable is some location.
