When you saying falling off, I'm assuming you mean disconnecting right,
so that you have no Internet traffic and the red light comes on.

As for the coloured sticker, the only stickers I have is the green
telepermit sticker and the serial number.

I often (once or twice every day or two) get disconnected, from both the
gaming realm or from Xtra.

A solution to this would be good
