Thanks everyone... if you can think of any other solutions, let me know...

To recap, we will need an external machine to handle the traffic and running
a VPN? We also have 2 other offices around the country...

How does the Nokia determine which IP to forward traffic on port XXX too?
All the Nokia knows uses for pinholling is: incomming connection on port
XXXX with protocol YY.

You need a secondary machine internal the the Nokia to handle the traffic.
ie. as Rob says, a application level proxy between the client machines and
the Nokia.
