Are all you people on bloody holiday . I have been waiting 20 minutes or
more on hold to try and get some answers about my service. HELLO what
exactly DO we pay $69 per month for. Where is the flaming service? I would
be stronger but am trying strongly to observe some netiquette through all
the frustrations. Pity telecom phone operators did not observe the same
courtesies by answering their bloody phones!! "our service representatives
are still busy, thank you for waiting" sheeeesh!!
Roll on Saturn! When are your cables gonna reach my office in Durham St
ChCh????
