I use Radionet in Auckland (Albany), have done for around 6 months.

The service has improved gradually over that time, however on average i
would expect around 2 hours a week of no or diminished service. My office is
around 1 linear Km from Radionet's head office, so... apply this to murphys
law of reliability for Tauranga. If your going to run a VPN (tunneled?) over
the connection, you may want to consider not using the standard Zyxel NAT
box.

In my experience unless you use a dedicated circuit for the WAN transport,
it will tend to be a little 'flaky' no matter what you choose. So just
accept that anything 'mission critical' will eventually end up in the
casualty ward.

Shane.
