Paradise also answered the 'phone quickly for me, but I but wasn't very successful in getting detailed explanation out of them. They said vague things about IPNet changes overnight, authentication problems, etc.
First thing this morning we were unable to connect using a Paradise account, but an Xtra account worked OK. Throughout the rest of the day, however, outages have generally left us unable to connect thru either Paradise *or* Xtra. This suggests a Telecom-side problem to me...
