But to be fair to Telecom, although some DSL-employees are sub'd to this list,
it is by no means an official support channel.

That doesn't make it OK to make clients wait for an hour on the phone though
either!

Perhaps they should have a website for an official "network status". But then
again it would just end up with a static graphic like Xtra's one that says
"there are no known problems" we you know damn well there are.
