This is interesting:

Steve from iconz asserted that the problems are to do with ATM changes in
relation to the SCC commissioning (a little birdie *did* tell me they might
be a week early, but they could've had their dates mixed up).

David (below) says it's to do with RANs.

My vote's with David - I can't imagine any project manager in their right
mind undertaking a project like the SCC comissioning on a Thursday night!
