Hi.
I am involved in systems support for a number of sites and most are getting
onto the ADSL stream for their internet connections One in particular has
asked me to sort out an issues and so I am joining this group to assist me
in obtaining the answers or assistance.

My first question (sorry) is:
My client wishes to use Symantec PCAnywhere (v9.21) via Internet to provide
support.
The trouble is we are not sure how to activate a pinhole through a Nokia M10
modem to do this.
And then how do we connect from an outside user to the Host PCAnywhere
device on the LAN inside the M10 Router environment?

I understand that the ports that PCAnywhere uses is 5631 & 5632
I know the internal IP address of the LAN workstation that will host
PCAnywhere.
In the PCAnywhere remote software we can point to a TCP/IP address so
theoretically should be able to go straight to the M10 and in to the device
once it is set up OK.

Can anyone assist me?
