There is a known problem with the M11 and M?1122 relating to FTP.

All Nokia ADSL modems used on Jetstream thus far feature an invisible FTP
proxy to get around problems with the FTP PORT command. This proxy has to
detect an outgoing PORT command and change the IP address/port to the IP
address of the external interface.

The M11 and M?1122 modems only detect a PORT command that is in upper case,
thus if the FTP client issues the command in lower case/proper case the
command will pass through unchanged.

We reported this issue to Telecom/Nokia about a month ago, not sure if it
has been fixed yet.

What FTP Client software are you using?
