Hi,

The modems are not backwards compatible so when you go to bed on Monday night
plug the new one in. They will start changing the cards in the DSLAM at about
3am on Tuesday morning. As soon as they come on line there will be a script
running that will convert a backup we have of your current configuration to the
new style and configure your modem. You shouldn't have to do anything else and
when you get up on Tuesday morning it should all be going.

Cheers,

Andrew

I had a fortune cookie the other day and it said, "Outlook not so
good." I said, "Sure, but Microsoft ships it anyway."
