It is my understanding that there are currently *no* PCI ADSL modems that work with Linux (at least, none with publicly available drivers). Of course, I'd love to be proved wrong.

Rumour has it that binary drivers for the Efficient 3060 are coming:

"Efficient Networks is beta testing Linux drivers for their SpeedStream 3060 and 3061 PCI modems, and
is expected to release them "any day". This will require a 2.4.x kernel, and a patch for the necessary
ATM support. The initial version will have binary drivers only, but open sourced drivers are a future
possibility."

See http://www.ibiblio.org/mdw/HOWTO/DSL-HOWTO/ for more info.
