Hi.
The problem many of my clients are finding with broadband internet is that,
even though they love the service, they have problems with measurement of
the actual usage. I don't mean lump some totals because Telecom for
example provide that info. What I mean is measuring the who is using what,
doing what, how much is email, how much is valid business related browsing
and how much is personal or "improper" use etc.
I am a service and support company for small business and recently a
supplier of mine introduced NetMaster to me for logging all Internet usage.
This is a passive "logging" tool that does not block or control usage
directly only provides information to enable management to actually see what
is going on and make management decisions.
Basically a tool to help with control and capacity decisions.
Has anyone out there used it or similar products to monitor and report on
usage.
