Mind you I swapped to reading it straight from the m11 on the weekend so no

  They do and it does :) However they're quite happy to add exceptions for
destinations such as this. There was already an exclusion for www.dyndns.org
but it looks like they have changed their ip address so another exclusion
has been added (216.7.11.145). Give it a try and post back to the list and
let us know if you have any problems.
