When we had our upgrade a few weeks back, it was scheduled for the Tuesday
morning, the new router arrived Monday afternoon. No need to panic though
(at least not if you are happy with default settings) because I forgot to
change it over until after I had left work, and then couldn't be bothered
going back, so I did it the following morning. It booted up and acquired the
passwords and logon name all by itself.
That part of it went well, but I still haven't found out how to determine if
the cell lock losses that we had with the M10 are still occurring.

Subject: Anyone have the Khandallah upgrade modems?
I'm on the Khandallah exchange. A week or so ago I
recieved a letter regarding the exchange upgrade.
I went to the website and provided delivery
instructions. We're almost down to two business days
before the upgrade, and my new modem has yet to arrive.
The M10s will not work after the exchange is upgraded.
If you are on the Khandallah exchange, have you
recieved your modem yet?
Should we be concerned if we have not received the
modem?
