Its rumoured that linux drivers are avaliable for the 3060 (A modified 3010 driver), but due to licencing issues cannot be released (So I can only guess efficient looked into developing drivers before they read their licencing agreement). As to where you would get them from.... *shrug*
Hunt round on irc in #linux channels, and try the linux-atm mailing list.. you may get an off list reply with an answer to where you can grab it from.
