They're meant to be opening up a flatrate ADSL, in order to compete with
Ihug, Telstra and Chello.
I heard a rumour that the flatrate offering was meant to be started on
Friday, but obviously they've changed their minds.

I see at least two possible reasons:

1) They don't know what the hell they're doing.

2) They're waiting for the competition to announce their prices so they can
undercut. Not planning to provide a better service to the customer, but
just trying to aggressively destroy the competition. Nothing like
maintaining your own monopoly.

So is it incompetence, or malice?
