I read somewhere, probably this list, that the marketers did not like the
slipstream name. fair enough, it stinks. jetstart would be a good candidate,
links it to their existing jetstream product.

next they'll want a trade/service mark on the work "jet"

Nope! Velocity is (and always has been) XTRA's pricing plan for JetStream
service.
You pay $20 for Velocity to XTRA and whatever for JetStream to Telecom.

I've heard JetStream Lite may well be called SlipStream. I don't think
Telecom would want to call it JetStream Lite now that ihug have released
Ultra Lite.
