They're meant to be opening up a flatrate ADSL, in order to compete
with
Ihug, Telstra and Chello.
I heard a rumour that the flatrate offering was meant to be started on
Friday, but obviously they've changed their minds.

I see at least two possible reasons:

1) They don't know what the hell they're doing.

2) They're waiting for the competition to announce their prices so they
can
undercut. Not planning to provide a better service to the customer,
but
just trying to aggressively destroy the competition. Nothing like
maintaining your own monopoly.

Just thought that I'd point out that Chello withdrew it's pricing
change at the 11th hourl, just as Ihug announced its pricing changes.

So is it incompetence, or malice?
