RFC 1700, IANA Assigned numbers has the full list of IP Protocols and
assigned TCP/UDP ports.

TCP is IP Protocol 6

UDP is IP Protocol 17

The GRE part of PPTP is IP Protocol 47

IPSec ESP transport is IP Protocol 50
