residential only....no fixed ip address....gotta buy your own modem ny the
look of it.....

still it will suit some people

I just tried http://www.telecom.co.nz/jetstart and got to a page which
states:

JetStream JetStart offers a limited speed (128K) service. It is only
available on residential lines. Download capacity is unlimited.

Plus it has an order form for the service. Check it out.
