Yes, itt probably is; IP address is a RADIUS attribute that can be passed
to a client Remote access device (Like the RAN) for allocation as part of
the PPP negotiation.

I think you're also right about the freebie NT RADIUS server from MS, it
doesn't support much in the way of extended attributes.
