I understand exactly why you want an internal DSL modem for your *nix box (and
I'm sure the other quiet ones do to). This also means I understand exactly
why an external DSL router/modem is NOT suitable (regardless of what others
have stated). NAT is no use if you're kernel doesn't know the ins and outs of it
:)
