Seams like there is still problems at least in one exchange in chch. I have
just been out to a business in the center of the city in chch and there adsl
hasent been going from early on this morning. Untill 14:55 its still down. I
called past home on the way out from the city and mine is up. (I was told I
was connected to centeral city exchange7 when it was installed.)
