I would refer you to the spec. itself, but it's open only to ITU
members. :-(

Conexant registered www.v92.com - they're as good as place to start as
any.

You might also be interested in V.44, an improved error correction and
compression protocol to get better compression for "typical" IP traffic.

Zoom were the first client vendor to ship a V.92 modem, based on Lucent
DSPs.
