RE: FTP server behind an m1122

Last night I tried changing the server software, I installed and configured
warFTP1.71

I verified I could connect to the box over the local network and via a test
dialup connection last night.

However, this morning I find that I still can't get it to work from work,
same error messages - times out when trying to do a directory listing.

So, it seems it's the problem lies in the combination of the ADSL modem NAT
etc at home and the firewall here at work - however I can connect to any
other FTP server running on port 21 from work so who knows what it may be?

I used to be able to run an FTP server from home and quite happily connect
to it from work before the exchange upgrades and the new M1122's.

Am I the only one who's dissatisfied with the new Modem? I still find that
it drops the connection to all the machines connected to it via the lan at
least once a day - even after the modem was replaced (however replacing the
modem did fix another issue I was experiencing).

All I can say is bring on an internal DSL modem with 'nix drivers and the
end to all my problems.

Thanks,

Dave.

Seems to be server dependant as my linux box behind the server has no
problems with
the m11 mw22 (4 port version)
