Yes bugger is right. We are a DSL user at work and I have been considering
it for home but the data cap would prevent me from doing some of the things
that I want to do and because of that I cannot justify the added expense
over my dial-up account.
128k flat rate is a start but I would not consider using it. If they
offered a higher speed (even 256k would convince me) I would be in with a
grin. ;-)
