Telecom supply the bandwidth up to the Customer Access Router located
at telecom. From there on it's up to the ISP how much bandwidth they
give you for the internet. Just do a traceroute. I doubt that the
network between the DSL modem the the ISP'S CAR will be a bottleneck.

256 )/(8*1024) Mb of traffic = 37800Mb. For $29.95 . Granted you'll
only use
a fraction of that, but still even that's going to cause a problem for

isp trying to supply you with that much bandwidth for 29.95 .
Still, I agree that 128k doesn't really cut the mustard. I'd like to
use the
current jetstream, but with local/national/international pricing
scheme.
