although a great idea, it would be two hard to monitor a local / national /
international/ pricing scheme
you maybe could do it based on IP address ranges for the nz ISP's which
could but you could not do it based on domain names as most of this list
have addresses that are international, yet I presume most are in NZ ?

the best you could get would be for telecom to not monitor your traffic
between 2am and 6 am or record it seperately at no charge. like a happy
hour(s)
I suspect that even this would be difficult as the jetstream-usage page
seems to monitor traffic at random times

I'd find it convenient to have access to the free games context without
having to reboot the M* every time. it must be possible, but there does only
appear to be 126 addresses that are valid.

PS the usage page was back again last night.

Yeah, but then your isp has to do something with your (28 * 24 * 60 *60 *
256 )/(8*1024) Mb of traffic = 37800Mb. For $29.95 . Granted you'll only use
a fraction of that, but still even that's going to cause a problem for an
isp trying to supply you with that much bandwidth for 29.95 .

Still, I agree that 128k doesn't really cut the mustard. I'd like to use the
current jetstream, but with local/national/international pricing scheme.
