Jetstream games as you probably know uses a general login
(user@jetstreamgames.co.nz with no password). I don't believe it would be
very hard at all for Telecom to allow flatrate ADSL users access to the
games realm for free... in fact, could they stop users from doing this? I
have been told that even if you haven't signed up for a provider with the
400 MB plan that you could just log into the gamesrealm (but you wouldn't be
able to get at your 400 MB's), and not pay an ISP fee. However adjusting the
rate when logging on (to the full capacity of the line) could be a lot
trickier, anybody know if this is viable? If the rate is configured at the
exchange I don't think its going to be an option.

Anton Smith
