Being Dick Smith you really should look at the legal side, there are
several laws both in the CGA and Fair Trading act that cover this
type of trade.
I do recommend contacting their head office and telling them what
happened, if you don not get a response then fax them.
Make sure you keep a note of all your communications with them.
