Good Morning,

I run a PC and a Notebook on a small net work and connect to the ADSL
network via a Nokia MW1122.

For some reason the download speed of any given file from say
ftp.paradise.net.nz using the pc gets as high as 230Kb/sec, but when I
download the same file only minutes later (after closing the pc connection
of course), the download speed is only around 100Kb/sec.

Could anyone explain to me what I should look for to obtain the same
download speed with the two machines?
