They have not confirmed a starting date to ISP's. It was tentatively mid
January, but this is looking less and less likely from what I can
tell. (Then again, I only represent Web InterNet)

Most of the ISP's who offer normal ADSL will offer flatrate ADSL, no doubt
XTRA, Paradise, World Net, and Web Internet will.
