Hi,

I called quicksilver again today. They say that they are still having trouble
with telecom. They say that some of their users have called telecom and now
telecom has promised to sort it out by the end of the week....

Paradise have said to me that they will offer Jetstart starting in
sometime in March with "generous limits" on data, whatever that means. Too
bad I can't wait quite that long.

Also, does anyone know what happens when you change from jetstream to
jetstart? I currently have a paradise connection to jetstream. The paradise
account will close on the 5th, but the jetstream account was opened on the
9th.

I understand I have to wait until the end of the billing period, (or
something?) before I can swap to jetstart. Does this mean waiting until the
9th, or when my next telecom bill arrives? Or what? Who do I ask about this?
