Your Jetstream billing cycle is the one that is on the
jetstream usage page. Jetstart won't cut in until that cycle has
ended.
Your ISP billing cycle (paradise in this case) is entirely separate.
Presumably once paradiase close the account you will not be able
to authenticate against it to logon. So you will need to find
another ISP by then to authenticate and supply you data.
The interesting question will be what happens if you have jetstream
and attempt to authenitcate with a jetstart login. Presumably the
proxy indicates which of the 2 (jetstream|jetstart) the line is to
the ISP and the ISP authorises based on that and the login/password.
Either way you'll need to get the Jetstart login sorted before your
current 'stream cycle ends
