its the dunedin central exchange - its somewhere in vaguely near the
octagon (not sure exactly). I know you can get DSL out to about dundas st
too (at least)
        and at least part way up pitt st is good too
  But North Queen St is definitely out :)

there are several exchanges i think - i had a flat on Nth Queen last year
that was on the wrong one
