To the best of my knowledge Telecom never sold M10's and Nokia didn't
either so you should contact the person who sold it to you and complain
bitterly (they must be stolen!). They will not work on the new network.
There are a couple of sites to still be upgraded
Memorial Ave, Dunedin and Lower Hutt to be done Thursday morning 15-2
and Courtney Place from 19-2 to 28-2.
Telecom does want the modems back and what they do with them is their
business. They will not be upgraded (and to be upgraded they do just
need a board change - the whole board and they would become a M11,
discontinued item and not able to get the parts to make them).
Cheers
Wayne

Ummmmmm
Well, ALL M10s are owned by Telecom. They don't work on the
new version of ADSL (v.5). I tried it when the changeover
to the new version was done.
