Ok yesterday (Tuesday 6th Feb) I was connected to internet via my Jetstart
connection. Downloading the new MechWarrior 4 demo (68.7Mb) the average
speed was 15.8Kb/sec.

I then changed over to Jetstream Games context and downloaded the same file
at an average speed of 312Kb/sec. So I would assume that jetstreamgames is
not speed limited at all.

So are you saying you don't get any higher than 16kB/s. One user I tested
with
got nearly 200kB/s on a 9MB file in the jetstream games context.
