Was the domain in question actually telecom?

        It appears that a particular mail server is not bouncing
messages to me.
          Instead, they are bouncing messages to the From: field, not
the
        Sender: field. My thanks to those who have brought this to my
        attention. The messages are bounced because the subscribers
have
        departed but were still subscribed. I have unsubscribed these
people so
        the messages should stop by the end of today. If they continue
after
        that, please let me know.
        
        I have notified the postmaster of the domain in question with
some
        [polite] suggestions and recommendations.
