They would get the traffic free and the rate would be limited. The
limitation is done based on port not user - when you get Jetstart it is
the LINE that gets Jetstart not the user.
Jetstream customer on Jetstart line = Jetstart rate.
Jetstart customer on Jetstream line = Jetstream rate

I think they must do. Try it, you'll see your traffic go up on the
meter,
but hey, your account type is still Jetstart. The million dollar
question
is: whos carrying the traffic? If I try it it looks like Telecom are
carrying it (for free?). What a cockalorum.
