When Jetstart first came out, there were people being rate limited to 128 on
the games context as well. My guess is that Telecom eventually discovered
whatever the screwup was, and put in a rubber-band-and-matchstick type "if
login contains jetstreamgames.co.nz then kill limit"

It would be amusing if there was a hole in the system that let you log in as
user@isp.co.nz@jetstreamgames.co.nz to get unlimited data.
