Ok another apsect.. completely non technical in any nature.

The guy who has the Jetstart account I used feels incredibly bad about this,
as I am about to get a HUGE bill..

He pointed out a VERY valid point.

He has a contract between his ISP ( In this case Xtra), and himself that
gives him Unlimited Bandwidth at no cost per meg. ** It does not state
where he must login. **

Therefore he should be able to login anywhere and have free bandwidth..
remember that the connection speed WAS throttled , so he was receiving no
more service than what he was paying his ISP for.

So forget the Techos. Explain this how this works?

(Sorry ISP people!)
