www.pp.co.nz is usually the cheapest if you don't mind having to make a deposit into their account.

If you like credit cards i recomend www.ascent.co.nz

That is the wrong product. The 3Com Ethernet is a full router with 4 port hub.

The manual for the CLI is probably quite useful though as they are much the same.
