The short answer is "hell yes", go back and read the list archives for
messages (esp from me) about the 3com, the longer answer is to enable
LQR echo requests with a 10sec interval. I've been using it with a
FreeBSD box, I have no idea how to change the LQR settings in the PPP on
Win2k.
